SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
- Standard Shipping: 10-20days
- Processing time: order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 72 hours of order placement. (No later than one week for special cases)
- Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to their destination. Items usually take 7 to 20 days to reach their destination after processing and leaving the warehouse, but sometimes it can take longer.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification from our system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, don’t worry. Contact us and we'll solve it! My order is taking a long time to arrive, what's going on?
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
REFUND POLICY
Please contact our Customer Service to get the return address and don't return the item to the address listed on our webiste Email:service@sinarey.com
RETURNS
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our mistake

Only regular priced items can be refunded; Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email service@trongcavalry.com
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the order was shipped to you by the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
